We consider a proactive nurse as our best resource for patient care. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP practice team. The role includes chronic condition management, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, and health promotion.

The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach. Experience in primary care is desirable but not essential.
